For established and larger businesses our consulting sessions are great for creating hiring processes, developing marketing plans, updating annual plans, financial review, personal and leadership development and much more.

One Hour Session:
One Hour Session:
We will meet for an hour in person, via phone or via Zoom to discuss a single business challenge and develop strategies to address. Material may be sent by follow-up e-mail. Your investment will be $300/hour.
Half-Day Session:
Half-Day Session:
We will meet at your office or mine for a half-day to create an in-depth strategy or plan. Examples include creating a marketing plan, developing a hiring process, developing a customer on-boarding process, developing a sales process, updating your vision, mission and culture statements. This program includes a one-hour pre-session meeting where we’ll get together to discuss your company and our goals for the day. Pre-work will be sent in advance of our session. Your investment will be $1200/4-hour session.

Full-Day Session:
Full-Day Session:
Works the same as the half-day session, but involves a full day. The extra hours will enable us to address more strategies and create more in-depth plans. This program includes a one-hour pre-session meeting where we’ll get together to discuss your company and our goals for the day. Pre-work will be sent in advance of our session. Your investment will be $2,400/8-hour session.
