I’m Dr. James McArn, and as one of the Atlanta areas leading business consultants, I educate business owners on how to run the type of business they want. I help create focused, profitable, and growing businesses by getting owners focused on the areas of business they need help the most. 

I will help you work on marketing, finance, leadership, employee training, customer retention and many more areas that are vital to the growth of ones business.

Dr. McArn is a christian, husband, father, and small business owner. 

Dr. McArn's expertise is as a business & marketing consultant and leadership coach. With years of marketing, coaching, speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches business experience, his view and approach are radically different than the industry norm. 

Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, growth, and wisdom, Dr. McArn has an extensive background in planning and managing cross-functional business operations and marketing projects. He is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers or owners to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations.

Dr. McArn's ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores his ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. Sometimes referred to as the “Business Whisperer” for his coaching skill that brings out the best in people, he is known for his practical, street-savvy style. Dr. McArn is a Certified Master Facilitator from the Center For Executive Coaching™. He is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions.and he continues to work with the best and brightest in the leadership development field.
